Apply fiber-reinforced, sulfate-resistant Teknorep 400 structural mortar (compressive strength > 45 MPa) in layers up to 40 mm.

Form tight shutters and pour high-flow, self-compacting, non-shrink Teknogrout 350 under heavy baseplates and bridge bearings.

Maintain wet hessian or apply curing compound to prevent plastic shrinkage cracking under heavy wind or sun.
