Substrate Preparation & Surface Priming

Substrate must be structurally stable, clean and dust-free. Form fillets at all internal junctions and pre-dampen dry porous substrates.

Mixing Ratios & Equipment Instructions

Pour liquid component into mixing bucket, slowly add powder under continuous mechanical agitation and mix for 3-5 minutes until homogenous.

Application Methodology & Layer Thickness

Apply in minimum 2 cross-directional coats using stiff brush, roller or spray equipment. Allow 5-6 hours drying between successive coats.

Allow 3-7 days full cure prior to water containment testing or backfilling. Shield from direct sun and freezing during curing period.
